There’s a pretty good chance you recently heard this Alabama guitarist’s music playing in your home – right about the time Peggy and Hank Hill returned to Arlen, Texas, after a stint in Saudi Arabia.

It’s been 25 years now since Guthrie Trapp, a guitar prodigy from coastal Alabama, moved to Nashville. He’s carved out a solid career for himself since then, one that includes recording and performing with the likes of John Oates and Billy Gibbons. The most recent feather in his cap is being picked to provide fresh incidental music for Hulu’s reboot of the animated series of “King of the Hill.”
