LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A months-long investigation into suspected drug trafficking led to the arrest of a man who police say tried to run from a traffic stop in Lexington.

According to the Nicholasville Police Department, their Drug Enforcement Unit, along with the FBI, Georgetown Police, Lexington Police, and the DEA, had been investigating Quavon Winslow for six months.

On August 19, officers tried to pull Winslow over in Lexington. He took off, but police say he was eventually caught.

After the arrest, investigators seized around 1.74 kilograms of fentanyl, 1 kilogram of meth, and 24 ounces of ecstasy.

The investigation is still ongoing, and Winslow is facing multiple charges.
