Mexican superstar Gloria Trevi, widely hailed as The Queen of Mexican Pop, has been named the 2025 Hispanic Heritage Legend Award honoree. The recognition celebrates Trevi as “a cultural force whose voice has resonated across generations and borders,” said Hispanic Heritage Foundation president/CEO Antonio Tijerino in a statement shared with Billboard. “Her fearless artistry, record-breaking tours and unwavering advocacy embody the spirit of this recognition.”
The ceremony will take place on Sept. 4 at the Warner Theater in Washington, D.C., and will air nationally on PBS.
