LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested early Wednesday morning after a traffic stop in Lincoln led to the seizure of meth, court documents say.
Christopher Swayne, 50, was charged on suspicion of possessing meth with intent to deliver.
At around 2:20 a.m., officers spotted a vehicle with no front license plate near North 19th and Knox streets, according to an arrest affidavit.
Shortly after, the vehicle was pulled over, and the officers spoke with the driver and Swayne, the front seat passenger.
Officers saw two backpacks on the passenger floorboard, which Swayne claimed to own, the affidavit says.
After a K9 search, officers determined there was probable cause to search the vehicle.
Inside the backpacks, officers discovered a set of nunchucks, digital scales, THC vape cartridges
