An actor known for his roles on hit shows like “Nip/Tuck” and “Blue Bloods” was recently involved in a serious car accident on the Jersey Shore.

Dylan Walsh , 61, and four family members were in an an accident on Sunday in Rumson, TMZ reported .

According to Patch , the accident occurred when a 2022 Ford Explorer collided into two utility poles along East River Road. The vehicle, which was traveling north, veered into the southbound lane just before the wreck, according to reports.

Rumson Police Lt. Christopher Isherwood told Patch two passengers were taken to Riverview Medical Center with complaints of pain following the crash.
