CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Tri-State law enforcement and parole officers are looking for a convicted felon charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Markel Huff, 29, is wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for violating his parole.

In 2022, Huff was convicted of improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, two counts of felonious assault, involuntary manslaughter and having weapons while under disability, court records show.

His conviction stems from a July 2018 shooting that killed 50-year-old Ralph Whitehead and injured two others in Millvale, according to an initial filing.

Over 50 rounds were heard being fired at a home the day of the shooting, FOX19 NOW’s previous coverage says.
