GREAT FALLS, S.C. (WBTV) - South Carolina Law Enforcement Division launched two investigations into the town of Great Falls.

The first was launched on June 26 after a request was made by the Great Falls Police Department about an incident that happened four days earlier. SLED declined to say what that incident was.

The second investigation was requested on July 7 by the Great Falls town administrator regarding fraud allegations involving the town’s government officials. No other details were provided.

Both investigations were ongoing as of this article’s writing.
