ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Labor Council is planning a Labor Day parade for the first time since 2022 — but it will be held a week before the official national holiday.

The event will start at 9 a.m. Sunday at the city's Eagan recreation center at 1 James J. Eagan Drive.

It will continue to Knights of Columbus Park, where a Labor Day festival will be held until 4 p.m.

The festival will include music, food, a tug-of-war competition and children's games.
