BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- A St. Clair County man was charged with cyberstalking, according to U.S. Attorney Prim F. Escalona.
Michael Mullins, 44, of Trussville, was charged with one count of cyberstalking and one count of interstate transmission of a threat to kidnap or injure another person, according to a two-count indictment filed in U.S. District Court.
The FBI investigated the case along with the Margaret Police Department.
