Actor Lewis Cope has officially been added to this year's Strictly Come Dancing line-up.
The Emmerdale actor will be stepping in for DJ and actor Kristian Nairn on the BBC One dance show, who unfortunately had to withdraw due to health issues.
Lewis will be joining other celebrities such as Dani Dyer, Alex Kingston, Balvinder Sopal, George Clarke, Chris Robshaw and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey on the forthcoming series, set to kick off in September.
The announcement was made on Thursday's (21 August) episode of The One Show , with hosts Roman Kemp and Clara Amfo welcoming Lewis into the studio, where he expressed his enthusiasm about joining the cast.
