CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A Tennessee man is behind bars after he allegedly stole more than $350 worth of cigars from a store in Cape Girardeau.
30-year-old Logan Hale is charged with stealing and second-degree burglary.
According to court documents, the store’s surveillance cameras caught Hale entering through a window, dumping multiple packs of cigars into a trash bag and then leaving.
An employee at the store told police they recognized Hale as a frequent customer.
He’s being held at the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
