DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A Harrisburg man allegedly stabbed a man after police say he was upset with how much marijuana he was given.

Lower Paxton Township Police said 40-year-old Joshua Devaughn faces aggravated assault and robbery charges from the stabbing that happened in the Liberty Gas Station parking lot at 4299 Union Deposit Road around 4 p.m. on August 19.

The charges filed by police show the victim was soliciting money to buy marijuana from a local smoke shop, and Devaughn gave him $3. Police said he told Devaughn he'd give him some marijuana for giving him money.
