NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Students remain on high alert after a bomb threat was reported at a Nashville private school.
The University School of Nashville was evacuated early Thursday morning just as classes were set to get underway.
“Me and some friends went to a guy’s house who’s nearby, he’s like five minutes away,” student Leo Dobson recalled. “We just held up for a little bit and it was kind of just scary because we didn’t know.”
USN officials say a staff members received the threat through email and it appears to have been sent to schools nationwide. The staff member’s computer was turned over to law enforcement for further investigation.
