SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A San Angelo man has been convicted of child pornography and drug charges and will receive over 200 years in prison.
Douglas Tankersley, 54, was convicted of 13 counts of possession of child pornography, along with having less than one gram of methamphetamine.
District Judge Carmen Dusek said that Tankersley also violated his January 2022 ten-year probation by possessing methamphetamine, cocaine, and being in a child safety zone. The state also presented his past crimes as a way to illustrate his criminal background.
