YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A man who hit and killed a 72-year-old woman in a crosswalk while under the influence in York last year pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and DUI charges, according to court records.
Online court records show the homicide by vehicle while DUI, homicide by vehicle and other DUI charges were withdrawn Tuesday against 38-year-old Jeremiah Bowers, of Dover.
Bowers will be on probation for about five and a half years, be on house arrest for three days, perform community service for 300 hours and pay a fine after he pled guilty, according to court records.
