GREEN BAY – Forgive Luke Musgrave ’s indifference. The Green Bay Packers tight end could have strutted through the locker room Aug. 21, chest puffed out, soaking in perhaps the best practice of his NFL career.
Maybe he still will. Musgrave hadn’t seen the practice film yet when he got dressed at his locker. All he knew was quarterback Malik Willis delivered some pinpoint passes. And Musgrave was not wrong. Willis fired his fastball more than a few times against the Seattle Seahawks defense on Ray Nitschke Field.
Someone still needed to catch them.
That’s why Musgrave had good reason to gloat. It was hard to pick one highlight on a day he caught five passes for almost 100 yards against the Seahawks. He turned cornerback Riq Woolen into a poster, running a deep corner route before
