CHICAGO – The music was playing loudly in the Milwaukee Brewers ' clubhouse late Thursday afternoon, as it always does after a victory.

Players were getting dressed, eating and preparing for the trip back home just as they would on getaway day for any road trip.

No sighs of relief. No excessive high-fiving or smack talking.

Despite coming out on the right end of what many had built up as a must-win game, the Brewers' 4-1 triumph over tough left-hander Shota Imanaga and the Chicago Cubs on Aug. 21 at Wrigley Field felt pretty much like most all the others.

Business was handled. The head-to-head meetings between the Central Division rivals are done – at least for the regular season.
