Thomas County Central’s Christian “Deuce” Lawrence took home the honors to kick off the 2025 season. The talented tailback’s punishing touchdown, bowling over several Monroe defenders set the tone for the Yellow Jackets who demolished the Golden Tornadoes 56-7 in the season opener at The Jackets’ Nest.
