Finney County Sheriff says new jail and law center remodel is 'a need, not a want'

GARDEN CITY, Kan. (KAKE) - On November 4, Finney County voters will decide whether or not to pass a half-cent sales tax increase. If passed, it would fund a new jail and remodel the current law enforcement center.
