Greenville County is proposing a set of rules and regulations for food truck vendors as the on-the-go grubbing experience continues to fuel business interest.

Planning and Development leaders approved an ordinance on Monday with a list of regulations they said would create safe and quality service for the small startups. This comes after parts of the Upstate began to see an uptick in food trucks and trailers. Latest Forecast
