On the West Bank, the Aurora Gardens neighborhood on Berkley Drive nearly looks picturesque with nice houses and shaded oak tree-lined streets.

With huge pot holes and busted sidewalks, residents say the road on their side of Berkley, between Woodland Drive and Sullen Place, is anything but picturesque.
"It's horrible. It's really bad, it's bumps and holes up and down the entire street. It’s really bad, and you cannot drive on the streets at all, you will mess up a bumper,” Williams said.
