TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - There is a significant police presence in a neighborhood near Speedway Boulevard and Stone Avenue.

The scene remains very active, with Tucson police officers utilizing a drone and K9 units for their operations. Meanwhile, Pima Community College (PCC) issued an alert around the same time due to police activity near its downtown campus.

PCC officials are urging those off campus to stay away and advising those on campus to shelter in place. It is currently unclear if the police activity at the college is related to the situation near Speedway and Stone.
