Mel Giedroyc has revealed her 'goosebumps' reuniting with one of her former Great British Bake Off colleagues.

The comedian presented the BBC baking programme, which is returning next month, back when it premiered in 2010.

Fronting the programme alongside Sue Perkins for six years from 2010 to 2016, the duo are two of the UK’s favourite double acts.

Mel, Sue and Mary Berry all announced they would not be returning to Bake Off when it made the move to Channel 4, where it has aired ever since.

Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig were initially brought in to replace Mel and Sue, with Noel also presenting with Matt Lucas and Alison Hammond over the years.
