The new hirers come at a time when Iowa's largest school district is in the early stages of Reimagining Education, Reinvigorating Schools — a plan designed to overhaul to update facilities and improve educational outcomes.
Additional changes families will see at the start of the 2025-26 school year include more all-day, 4-year-old preschool classes and additional elementary schools serving students in kindergarten through sixth grade.
