MLB star Kyle Tucker has been given a brutal bench decision by the Chicago Cubs while he seeks a contract that could be worth $600 million.

The 28-year-old will be a free agent after the 2025 MLB season.

Tucker made his fourth All-Star team in July and looked to be on his way to receiving an annual salary of over $35 million.

However, since then, the Chicago Cubs right fielder has endured a brutal slump.

Tucker has hit just .182 with one home run and six RBIs.

And more recently, the former Houston Astros player has had a stretch of just two hits in his last 25 at-bats and has been getting booed by the home crowd at Wrigley Field.

So on Tuesday, the Cubs benched Tucker for both games of a doubleheader against the Milwaukee Brewers .
