FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man from Texas County, Missouri, died in a single-car crash in Franklin County Thursday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at around 11:10 a.m. Thursday, a 2002 International 4900 was traveling southbound on Highway FF in Franklin County when the driver entered a curve in the road. The truck crossed over the center line and traveled off the left side of the road. The truck then hit a fence, and then several trees, according to MSHP.
The driver of the truck, a 49-year-old man from Raymondville, Missouri, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash was investigated by MSHP Troop C.
