ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WITN) - A Rocky Mount man has been charged with an accident that killed another man earlier this month.

Cody Bundy was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, failure to yield, window tint violation, and driving while license revoked.

The August 8th crash at Cooley Road and South Church Street killed 54-year-old Jessie Williams. The victim was driving a moped when he was hit by Bundy’s vehicle around 8:20 p.m. that night, according to police.

Bundy was given a $5,000 secured bond.
