Fans of New Jersey’s Bubbakoo’s Burritos won’t have to wait much longer to taste the Mexican-fusion treat in the Lehigh Valley .

The Point Pleasant-based fast-casual eatery plans to celebrate a grand opening Tuesday at the Creekside Marketplace, 1882 Leithsville Road in Lower Saucon Township . The local franchise, owned by Nivas Patel, moved into the former Unrivaled Fitness + Wellness space.

The first 50 guests on Tuesday will score a free burrito, and five attendees will be chosen to win an iPad.

Patel said the local eatery is for patrons to come together, enjoy great food, and feel like they’re at home while dining at Bubbakoo’s.

“I’ve always believed that a good meal has the power to bring people together,” Patel said. “I’m excited to share that experience with our guests.”
