DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Department of Public Safety (DPS) has launched a redesigned Sex Offender Registry (SOR) website to enhance user experience and improve functionality .

The site remains available at the same web address , offering Iowans critical tools to access information on registered sex offenders. The updated website includes new features to simplify information access.

These features include homepage links to active and most wanted registrants, improved search functions, interactive maps showing registrants in specific areas, personalized notifications, and links to crime prevention and safety information.
