NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A death investigation is underway after a body was discovered in the Hillhurst neighborhood on Friday morning.

Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department responded to the call around 10 a.m. at 3300 Dickerson Pike.

According to Nashville PD, they arrived to find a deceased person with no head in the parking lot behind McDonald’s.
