A single-engine plane went off the runway at Centennial Airport on Friday morning and landed on its nose. The biplane left Runway 28 with one person on board about 9 a.m.

Crews with South Metro Fire Rescue rushed to the scene where there was a small fuel leak. A technical rescue team arrived to help upright the plane.

The person on board was not injured and the fuel leak was quickly mitigated, according to SMFR.
