FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WKRG) — Fairhope’s Municipal Election is set for Aug. 26. Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. If no candidate gets a majority of the vote, a runoff between the top two finishers will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 23.

Fairhope City Council Candidates

Place 1

Jack Burrell is running for Fairhope City Council Place 1. Burrell is the incumbent in the race. He is currently serving his third term on the council.

Troy Vickers is the other candidate running for Place 1. Vickers is a Mississippi native who came to Fairhope about five years ago.
