LYNCO, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Deputies with the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Ohio residents following a traffic stop in the Lynco area that led to the discovery of cash and illegal drugs.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies stopped a vehicle around 4:15 p.m. Saturday after observing the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
Deputies identified the driver as 19-year-old Lucas Robinson of Akron, Ohio. While speaking with Robinson, deputies reported smelling marijuana, which prompted a search of the vehicle.
A passenger, identified as 19-year-old Gibrauna Dowdell, also of Akron, was removed from the vehicle before the search began.
