It was another successful year for the Gord Brown Memorial Golf Tournament.
As it turns out, it was the most successful tournament in the event’s five-year history, raising $277,000.

Held at Smuggler’s Glen Golf Course on Aug. 14, the tournament, named in honour of the late local member of Parliament, raised funds that will be invested directly into programs that serve vulnerable people and families in communities across the region.
“This tournament is about more than just a great day of golf, it’s about carrying on Gord’s incredible legacy of giving,” said Hailie Jack, executive director of United Way Leeds and Grenville. “The Brown family continues to honour Gord’s vision for a stronger, more compassionate community, and we are proud to work alongside them to ensur
