With a nearly $1.4 million provincial investment, the Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team hopes to ensure greater access to primary care for rural residents.

Through the Interprofessional Primary Care Team funding initiative, CKOHT has received $1.4 million in new funding to support the expansion of team-based primary care, connecting 3,000 residents to a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
