OWLS HEAD, Maine (WABI) - The 47th annual New England Auto Auction is back at the Owls Head Transportation Museum this weekend.

Friday, bidders had their first chance to get deals on dozens of different automobiles.

The collection features over 250 vehicles ranging from Model TS to Ferraris.

Car collectors come from all over the world for a chance to take home one of the cars.

For the museum, this is their biggest fundraiser of the year.

“We do this because we are raising funds to support the operations of the museum. We have undertaken a major change in operation goals, and that means we are supporting STEM education.
