$100K in damage estimated in Derby building fire

DERBY, Kan. (KAKE) - A fire in Derby on Thursday night saw dozens of firefighters and multiple agencies respond to a commercial building.

Neighbors say they first heard a large boom, an explosion coming from the building on South Water Street.
