HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KAKE) -- Hutchinson Public School leaders have their sights set on a new middle school, expanded early childhood services and more, but voters would have to pass a $109 million bond to get it.
The vote will be on the November 4 ballot, and while it's still months away, parents like Cari Mailloux, Co-chair of the bond campaign, are working to garner support for it before then.
