There’s an abundance of first-timers at critical positions on the Jets as they complete their preseason against the Eagles on Friday night at MetLife Stadium in preparation for things getting real in two weeks.
Aaron Glenn, of course, is a head coach for the first time, so it all starts at the top, not to mention the Jets’ first-time general manager, Darren Mougey.
The position with the most pressure, though, might be offensive coordinator, where Tanner Engstrand is somewhat of a mystery considering his small body of work as an NFL assistant.
