STATEWIDE -- Maine Senate President Mattie Daughtry is asking for the public's help in a mission to improve Maine childcare.
As part of President Daughtry's "Support Kids, Support Maine" statewide child care listening tour, she's asking families, educators and stakeholders to share their stories in a survey. The survey will help to better inform upcoming legislation aimed at building strong childcare systems.
President Daughtry is currently visiting childcare facilities across the state to hear from stakeholders, but all involved in Maine's childcare systems -- including parents, guardians, educators and providers -- are asked to take part in that survey.
