ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A 42-year-old Albany man has admitted to brandishing a gun inside a bar and pointing it at another person. Bakeim McCall pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon on Friday.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. on April 2, Albany police were called to the Waterworks Pub on Central Avenue for a reported fight. Police interviewed witnesses and security, who said McCall pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the head of a man.

McCall was later arrested, and officials said police confiscated a small revolver loaded with five rounds.

The Albany County District Attorney's Office said he faces 8.5 years in prison and five years probation when he is sentenced in October.
