Bikimbab has been open for seven months and is starting to make a name for itself.
“Getting better day by day, more and more customers,” Minchae Jin, a server at the restaurant, said.

The owner and head chef, Umi Song, is a man of few words and he lets his cooking do the talking.
The menu is inspired by Song’s grandmother and mother, who made bibimbab for the family growing up in Seoul. The term bibim translates to mixing and bap is cooked rice.
The result is a perfect taste of home.
The top sellers for the restaurant are the beef bulgogoi and spicy pork bulgogi, but each order comes with seven side dishes so every bite is different.
For Song, the goal is simple.
“I hope
