Still without Napheesa Collier, the Lynx came into Friday night's game in Indianapolis having lost two in a row for the first time all season. Jessica Shepard made sure the streak ended there.

Shepard put together one of the best individual games in franchise history, recording the second-ever triple-double by a Minnesota player as the Lynx defeated the Fever 95 to 90 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Most of the damage in Shepard's brilliant performance occurred in the first half. When the teams went back to their locker rooms, she already had 11 points, 9 rebounds, and a career-high 10 assists. The 28-year-old Shepard, who has stepped into the starting lineup without Collier, got her triple-double early in the third quarter and finished the night with 22, 11, and 11 on 10-of-11 shooting.
