Thousands of fans, families and alums circled high school football stadiums across the region Friday night as the 2025 season kicked off.
Line Mountain and Mifflinburg, two teams with sky-high expectations entering the season, opened with easy wins at home. Line Mountain steamrolled a new-look Lewisburg side, 38-13, while Mifflinburg's high-flying attack was in high gear in a 47-13 win over Loyalsock at home.
