LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - For the second year, a local non-profit has been designed to support and help find resources for those with special needs.

Multiple Louisiana physical therapists will have the opportunity to learn and get certified in spinal stimulation therapy - all thanks to the ‘Families for Inclusion’ B&G Hope grant.

“Excited to have that opportunity and really expand the healthcare and the specialized healthcare at that for the families in the area based on the hurdles, the families in the area are facing right,” said Families for Inclusion Vice President Wes Coleman. “We try to stay involved in the community and hear from the community what what’s needed here. What can we do better to make things more inclusive.”
