FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Franklin contractor is accused of taking thousands of dollars from homeowners and leaving jobs unfinished.

Court records and customer messages outline a pattern tied to Adam “Misaque” Ducy, owner of Geoscaping LLC, a lawn and landscaping business.

Court filings show Ducy has already been ordered to repay tens of thousands of dollars for work that wasn’t completed, with several customers saying they still haven’t seen their money.

“He’ll give you a price, take a deposit and then either never start the job or only do a small piece of it before disappearing,” Robyn Householder with the Better Business Bureau said.
