OMAHA, Neb. —

Former Husker football star Mike Rozier had a meet-and-greet in Omaha on Friday.

The 1983 Heisman Trophy winner was at Husker Hounds, signing footballs and other memorabilia.

His jerseys were flying off the shelves, and Rozier was all smiles as he posed with fans inside and outside the store.

"I'm surprised people still want my autograph, you know, so. But it's a good thing, though. I appreciate the fans. Appreciate the store for having me here today. And, go Big Red," he said.

Rozier said he thinks Nebraska football is getting better every year, and they have the right coaches and the right players.

And of course, the right fans.
