PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A 37-year-old Portland man was arrested Thursday and faces charges related to a burglary at a construction site in Washington County, according to the sheriff’s office.

At about 3:30 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a suspicious person walking between houses under construction on Northwest Anastasia Drive in Bethany. The caller also described the car they said the person drove away in.

WCSO said deputies found the car, a 2010 Nissan Versa, with duct tape covering the license plate. The driver was identified as Abel Arambula, and deputies said they found construction tools in the car.

According to WCSO, detectives later learned the car was allegedly connected to a burglary at a construction site on Aug. 7.
