ONTARIO — The Colony Titans are smiling from ear to ear.

The Titans went 0-10 on the gridiron last season, but Colony head coach Bran Zavala had a game plan on Friday night to end the losing streak that dates back to October 2023. Colony senior quarterback Jordan Juarez put the team on his back on the road against Ontario Christian, guiding the Titans to their first win of the season in a 34-0 finish.

Zavala wanted to make it known that the 2025-26 season marks a new chapter.

“Our seniors got cheated out of the whole season,” Zavala said. “And on paper, yeah, we were 0-10, but on the field I know what we were and that’s a family.”
