Ysni Semsedini has been on the job as chief executive of London Hydro for about a year. Born and raised in St. Thomas, he studied electrical and electronic engineering at Western University and business administration at Wilfrid Laurier University . He worked at London Hydro from 2006 to 2011 and returned to the utility after serving as chief executive of Festival Hydro in Stratford and of the power utility in Newmarket.
